Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests have to be sent to office.mrc@mnit.ac.in, atleast 7 days in advance of the booked time. The amount paid will be returned after deducting 10% as cancellation charges.

  • If the slot is cancelled between 4-7 days of the booked date, 30% of the paid amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.

  • If the slot is cancelled between 1-3 days of the booked date, 50% of the paid amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.

  • If the slot is cancelled on the same day, 100% of the paid amount will be deducted as cancellation charges and no request for any refund will be entertained.

  • In the event of instrument being non-functional, the amount paid may be adjusted for other analysis or will be refunded back to the user's account after deduction of GST, upon request from the user.
